Rosemary & Garlic Seared Tenderloin of Beef: Seasoned with rosemary and garlic with roasted pearl onions and Cremini mushrooms served with a Cabernet demi-glace.    Served with whipped mashed potatoes and charred broccolini.

Charred Broccolini: Fresh broccolini charred over an open flame.
