A vegetable forward dish with caramelized zucchini, roasted red bell peppers, balsamic roasted onions and fresh arugula.  All sautéed with artisanal cavatelli pasta with sundried tomato and basil ragu. Topped with optional grilled Italian sausage and finished with fresh crumbled goat cheese and an almond pine nut crumble.

Dairy Free without goat cheese.

Remove goat cheese for vegan and dairy free option

Southern Butter Pecan Cake: Moist vanilla pecan cake filled with brown butter cream cheese icing, topped with spiced toasted pecans, served with white wine poached Bartlett pears. 

Local Cheese & Charcuterie: A mixed display of local meats and cheeses to include charcuterie curated by San Giuseppe in Elon, NC.  Alongside a  smoked goat cheese from Goat Lady Dairy in Climax, NC, Green Hill Camembert from Sweet Grass Dairy in  Thomasville, GA as well as a domestic blue cheese. Served with fresh honeycomb, raspberry preserves and crackers and crostini. Nut Free ( Gluten Free without crackers and crostinis)

Catawba Brewing - White Zombie: Brewed according to the Belgian Witbier tradition by using unmalted wheat to create the light body and white sheen with additions of coriander and orange peel give it a fruity and spicy character, while the hops are subtle and lightly detected.

Fontanassa Gavi, "Ca' Adua" Piedmont DOCG 2018: Pear, honeydew and lime zest lead to a heartier white with refreshing minerality.

Tuck Beckstoffer's EST 1975 Cabernet Sauvignon, California 2018: the fresh red fruit and subtle herbs and spices in this Cab will develop the secondary flavors on this dish and tie it together.
