Porcini Truffle Ravioli: Delicate pasta filled with sautéed porcini mushrooms, Grana Padano cheese and white truffle, finished with a rich brown butter cream sauce and topped with tender slow cooked shredded duck confit. Served with a baby kale salad and fresh garlic bread.
