Ginger Garlic Roasted Tofu (Veg-option): Firm tofu marinated simply with fresh ginger, garlic and citrus. Pan seared until golden brown then roasted and diced.
Thai Style Green Curry Coconut Sauce with Roasted Vegetables and Jasmine Rice: A flavorful, robust, coconut curry sauce made with fresh lemongrass, cilantro, lime juice and coconut milk. Served with curry spiced carrots, bell peppers and sautéed onions over top of toasted Jasmine rice. Garnished with toasted cashews and chopped cilantro.
