Lowcountry Shrimp and Grit Cake: Spicy Charleston-style shrimp served over a local Geechie Boy Mill grit cake and topped with traditional tasso ham gravy, shredded Ashe County cheddar cheese and spicy andouille sausage. Finished with applewood smoked bacon and scallions.

Local Cheese & CharcuterieA mixed display of local meats and cheeses to include charcuterie curated by San Giuseppe in Elon, NC.  Alongside a  smoked goat cheese from Goat Lady Dairy in Climax, NC, Green Hill Camembert from Sweet Grass Dairy in  Thomasville, GA as well as a domestic blue cheese. Served with fresh honeycomb, raspberry preserves and crackers and crostinis. 

Maple Apple Bread Pudding: Buttery croissant bread pudding baked with cinnamon, nutmeg, and dehydrated Granny Smith Apples, topped with maple caramel and cinnamon and brown sugar roasted apples, served with vanilla whipped cream on the side. 

Triple C Brewing - Golden Boy Blonde Ale: A bright sessionable beer with light bready note and a well balanced hop bitterness.

Tuck Beckstoffer's Hogwash Rosé of Grenache, California 2019: this crisp rosé will refresh the palate as the spices from the tasso ham gravy and Charleston-style shrimp are mouth-watering.

Mile Post Pinot Noir Courting Hill Vineyard, Willamette Valley 2017: the crisp acidity on this light bodied red makes it perfect for the shrimp and tasso ham gravy.

Cheerwine Old Fashioned: Housemade bitters including sorghum molasses, Italian amarena cherries, local honey and fresh oranges. Add your favorite Bourbon and float with refreshing Cheerwine. Garnished with orange peels and amarena cherries.
