Hill Family Estate Chardonnay Carly's Cuvee, Napa Valley 2016: The richness and fresh acidity will enhance the sweetness of the crab and corn with a crisp finish.

Krupp Brothers Chardonnay Stagecoach Vineyard, Napa Valley 2017: The creaminess and complexity will enhance the subtle spice and make this dish pop!

Catawba Brewing - White Zombie: Brewed according to the Belgian Witbier tradition by using unmalted wheat to create the light body and white sheen with additions of coriander and orange peel give it a fruity and spicy character, while the hops are subtle and lightly detected.

Paloma: Fresh squeezed and lightly sweetened grapefruit and lime juice ready to be mixed with your favorite vodka, gin or tequila. Finished with Fever Tree club soda and garnished with a grapefruit pinwheel.     

Local Cheese & Charcuterie: A mixed display of local meats and cheeses to include charcuterie curated by San Giuseppe in Elon, NC.  Alongside a  smoked goat cheese from Goat Lady Dairy in Climax, NC, Green Hill Camembert from Sweet Grass Dairy in  Thomasville, GA as well as a domestic blue cheese. Served with fresh honeycomb, raspberry preserves and crackers and crostini.
