Filet Mignon with Fresh Rosemary and Garlic:Black Angus filet of beef, marinated with fresh garlic, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Seared over an open flame to infuse flavors, and slow-cooked to perfect medium-rare. Gently warmed and served with a Cabernet reduction.
Broiled Salmon Remoulade: Prepared in lemon, white wine, butter and finished with a coarse ground dijon mustard glaze and fresh dill
