Duet Entrée

Sous Vide Filet Mignon with Fresh Rosemary and Garlic: Black Angus filet of beef, marinated with fresh garlic, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Seared over an open flame to infuse flavors, and slow-cooked to perfect medium-rare. Gently warmed and served with a Cabernet reduction 

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken Breast: Seared, all-natural chicken breast stuffed with sautéed onions, garlic, Greek feta and wilted spinach, then oven roasted and finished with tarragon cream sauce

Roasted Heirloom Smashed Potatoes: Tri-colored little gem potatoes tossed with olive oil, and fresh herbs, roasted till tender, smashed and finished with parmesan and lemon zest

Charred Asparagus: Tender charred asparagus tossed with fresh garlic and lemon zest
