Apple Plum Oat Bowl: Steel cut oats, dehydrated Granny Smith apples, dried honey plums, pumpkin seeds, spiced with ground cinnamon and ginger, and lightly sweetened with brown sugar.  Ready to be finished with your choice of milk or milk substitute and served warm or chilled as overnight oats.

Preparation Instructions:

Hot Preparation
Empty contents into a microwave safe bowl. Add 3/4 cup of preferred milk to oats and stir. Microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for 2 more minutes at 50% power. Let stand for 30 seconds before enjoying. Optional – add honey or maple syrup to adjust sweetness as desired. 

Cold Preparation 
Add 1/2 cup of preferred milk and 1/2 cup of preferred yogurt to oats and stir. Let sit refrigerated for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Optional – add honey or maple syrup to adjust sweetness as desired.
