We can’t wait to share the stories and impact of Young Life in the Greater Charlotte area through our Virtual Banquet on March 7th. We are proud to partner with Table & Twine to bring you an exceptional experience with a meal delivered directly to your doorstep the afternoon of the event. Choose from the options below…there are even kids meals to add on to the meals you choose!

The artisan street tacos are offered as flour tortillas with your choice of beef & chicken, or roasted fajita vegetables as a vegetarian option.

Beef Short Ribs: Black Angus beef short ribs, slow cooked for 12 hours in rich beef stock with guajillo peppers, onions, carrots and roasted tomatoes. Hand shredded and tossed with fresh squeezed lime juice and cilantro.  Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free

AND Chipotle Cumin Roasted Chicken Thighs: Boneless skinless free range chicken thighs, marinated with smoky chipotle peppers, lime juice and toasted cumin. Seared a la plancha, oven roasted, then shredded and tossed in adobo sauce.   Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail: Jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Maryland style seafood spice.  Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free


Caesar Salad: crisp romaine lettuce tossed in a classic Roman style dressing with torn lemon brioche croutons and shaved asiago cheese

Duet Entrée

Sous Vide Filet Mignon with Fresh Rosemary and Garlic: Black Angus filet of beef, marinated with fresh garlic, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Seared over an open flame to infuse flavors, and slow-cooked to perfect medium-rare. Gently warmed and served with a Cabernet reduction 

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken Breast: Seared, all-natural chicken breast stuffed with sautéed onions, garlic, Greek feta and wilted spinach, then oven roasted and finished with tarragon cream sauce

Roasted Heirloom Smashed Potatoes: Tri-colored little gem potatoes tossed with olive oil, and fresh herbs, roasted till tender, smashed and finished with parmesan and lemon zest

Charred Asparagus: Tender charred asparagus tossed with fresh garlic and lemon zest
