Super Bowl Menu: Serves up to 8 people

(24) House Smoked Wings: Dry rubbed for 24 hours then slowly hickory smoked for 4 hours. Served with classic buffalo and Carolina gold sauce for tossing as well as house-made ranch and blue cheese dressing for dipping, along with fresh carrots and celery.

(12) Pulled Pork Sliders: House-smoked pulled pork tossed in vinegar bbq sauce. Served with creamy slaw and bread & butter pickles. Served on house-made brioche rolls.

(18) Bacon and Cheddar Potato Skins: Roasted baby red potatoes, cut and stuffed with applewood smoked bacon and sharp cheddar cheese. Served with sour cream.

Seven Layer Taco Dip: Layers of seasoned refried pinto beans, salsa, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Topped with jalapeños, black olives, scallions and diced tomato. Served with corn tortilla chips.
