We provide insulation and ice packs in the bags so they are safe to remain outside for several hours if you are not home.

(1) Horseradish Crusted Beef Tenderloin: 6 oz beef tenderloin served with a panko crust with horseradish and lemon zest and finished with red wine demi-glace.
