We provide insulation and ice packs in the bags so they are safe to remain outside for several hours if you are not home.

Roasted Garlic Ricotta Tortellini For Two (Vegetarian)

Appetizer

Shrimp Cocktail: jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Maryland style seafood spice.  Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce. 

Dinner Menu - Serves Two

Mixed Greens Salad: with dried cherries, candied pecans, goat cheese, with champagne~vinaigrette dressing (Gluten Free)

Maple~Dijon Glazed Cast Iron Seared Chicken: Two 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in a delicate blend of herbs and spices, seared in a cast iron skillet and topped with maple~dijon glaze (Gluten free, Soy Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free)

Whipped Sweet Potatoes: with caramelized clover honey and orange marmalade (Gluten Free, Soy Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free)

Sautéed Haricot Vert: with brown butter almonds (Gluten Free, Soy Free)

Dessert:

Dark Chocolate Tortes: two slices of flourless chocolate cake topped with dark chocolate mousse, dark chocolate ganache, and garnished with fresh berries. (Gluten Free, Nut Free)

~Vegetarian Option~

Roasted Garlic Ricotta Tortellini: Tender ricotta and roasted garlic stuffed tortellini tossed in a roasted tomato and citrus butter sauce. Served with English peas, fresh asparagus pieces finished with shaved asiago (Contains Gluten, Contains Dairy)
