Table & Twine's newest menu initiative simply named "Healthy Lifestyle" provides meals for our health-conscience customers based on the criteria listed below. While our meals do not fall into any diet specific category (such as keto or paleo), the criteria for our Healthy Lifestyle meals were thoughtfully developed by nutritionists along with our culinary team. Each week, we'll offer two Healthy Lifestyle meals clearly indicated on our webpage by the heart icon shown on this page, along with three of our tried and true favorites. No matter if your goals for 2021 include eating healthier or simply making time to sit down as a family to eat dinner, Table & Twine has you covered.
