Every Wednesday afternoon, we rotate 5-6 new meals for you to order for delivery & pickup the following week. As part of our Healthy Lifestyle initiative, each week we are offering 2 healthier meals easily indicated by a white and navy blue heart icon, along with some of our tried and true favorite meals. The artisan street tacos are offered as three flour tortillas with your choice of beef & chicken, adobo shrimp, or roasted fajita vegetables as a vegetarian option. There is also a bowl option for all offerings substituting the tortilla shells for chopped romaine lettuce. 

Beef Short Ribs: Black Angus beef short ribs, slow-cooked for 12 hours in rich beef stock with guajillo peppers, onions, carrots, and roasted tomatoes. Hand shredded and tossed with fresh-squeezed lime juice and cilantro. 

 

AND Chipotle Cumin Roasted Chicken Thighs: Boneless skinless free-range chicken thighs, marinated with smoky chipotle peppers, lime juice, and toasted cumin. Seared a la plancha, oven-roasted, then shredded and tossed in adobo sauce.
