Do you offer substitutions or changes to meals?
At this time, we are not able to accommodate substitutions or changes to meals.
How do I prepare the meals?
Our meals are designed to be prepared in 15 minutes or less. Each meal includes a comprehensive instruction card that will guide you through the preparation process which is much simpler than many of our competitors. Most food comes pre-cooked and just requires simple reheating. There’s no cutting, chopping, seasoning, mixing, or frustration with complex, multi-step processes.
What's included in the price?
Each price listed for meals and desserts on the website is for a single portion designed to feed one adult (a single kids’ meal feeds one kid). Cocktail mixes, appetizers, and snacks come with varying numbers of servings (see description under each item).
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, delivery fees range from $5.99 to $8.99
What areas do you deliver to?
How often does delivery or pickup occur?
We currently offer delivery and pickup on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. You choose your favorite meals from our rotating weekly menu and specify which days you would like the meals delivered. For pickup, we are open 10:00am - 6:00pm on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Our meals are delivered to your front porch between 11:00am and 5:00pm.
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders must be placed by 1:00pm two days prior to your requested delivery date. Order by Sunday at 1:00pm to receive your meal on Tuesday. Order by Tuesday at 1:00pm to receive your meal on Thursday. Order by Wednesday at 1:00pm to receive your meal on Friday.
How far in advance can I order?
Unfortunately, we cannot display meals more than one week in advance. We launch our new menu every Wednesday at 2:00pm. After the week's menu is posted, you can order up to 1:00pm, two days prior to your selected delivery/pickup date.
When are new menu items offered?
Every season we offer an updated set of new meal experiences, while maintaining select favorites that our customers love.
Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, we require a minimum order amount of $40 for delivery and pickup orders.
I would like my delivery left somewhere other than my front door (e.g., side door). Can I send specific delivery instructions?
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate alternative delivery needs.
How is delivery handled if my order contains alcohol?
During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter your birth date to complete age verification. All deliveries containing alcohol will require someone age 21 or older to present ID upon arrival. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be dropped off without ID verification.
How long do meals keep?
Our prepared dinner meals, summer seasonal offerings, and kid’s meals keep for 3-5 days refrigerated.
Desserts keep for 3 days. Frozen take & bake cookies keep for up to 1 month.
Buffalo chicken dip, jumbo lump crab dip, and roasted red pepper hummus with vegetables keep for 3-5 days refrigerated.
Local cheese and charcuterie, cheese and fruit plate, and guacamole and corn tortilla chips keep for 3 days refrigerated.
Energy bites keep for 5 days refrigerated, or up to 2 months frozen. Egg cups keep for 3-5 days refrigerated. Smoothies keep for up to 1 month frozen.
Drink mixes keep for 5-7 days refrigerated.
Our meals come packaged in 100% recyclable brown bags. All our proteins are packed in recyclable butcher paper which can be placed directly into the oven. Our containers for appetizers, sides, deserts, and breakfast items are also recyclable.
How will my food stay cold?
Our meals are packaged with care and delivered to your door in insulated packaging with gel ice packs to ensure freshness throughout the delivery process.
What if my household avoids specific foods?
Our website displays icons clearly marking which meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free to help highlight commonly avoided foods.
Do you offer specific plans for vegetarians or other dietary options?
Not yet, but we are working to expand our options and meet the needs of our customers. Each week's meals features at least one vegetarian option.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for orders after the order cut off time.
